Position: Corporate Culture & Internal Communication Intern

Department: Human Resources & Organization Development

Location: Beijing

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Start of Internship: ASAP

Your Responsibilities:

· Internal communication - Improve employee’s engagement and interact with various Volkswagen Group China entities in region through all kinds of communication channels that you can image, which will be a great chance to meet colleagues from different backgrounds.

· Corporate events – Become an event planner! Explore how to organize multiple scales of Corporate Culture & Internal Communication events and assist on the holistic event project management process.

· Visualization design - Support for internal communication related photo/video shooting and production. Your work will be highly valued which represents the image of Volkswagen, and will be displayed on broadly-viewed platforms.

Our Requirements:

· Majored in Media Communication, Digital Communication, Visual Art etc.

· A cheerful person with strong motivation to communicate and boundless creativity to produce powerful contents and designs.

· Highly interested in video/photo shooting and production; Solid art foundation and good artistic taste; Skillful with video editing software or photographic equipment is preferred.

· Willingness to learn and contribute; Ready to handle multitask; Scrupulous and detail-oriented; Team spirit.

· Availability for 5 days a week for the internship job; Maintain student status during internship.
