What are your short-term and long-term goals?

My short-term goals are to get hired in this position and to learn the role as quickly as possible，so I can continually achieve great things with my co-workers. I believe the way to self-improvement and development is through collaborative working, so I aim to become a competent team worker as soon as possible. My long-term goals are to work for your company in a more senior position and become a qualified personnel in a specific field.
