I believe criticism enables you to grow and develop as a person. 

My parents were quite strict at home, so they were constantly giving me feedback. 

I always have a positive attitude to criticism, and I understand because this is my first ever job, I might make the odd mistake at times. 

However, I plan to stay working for you for a long period of time, so the more advice, feedback, and constructive criticism you can give me, the better. That way, I know I am constantly learning and improving.

我相信批评能促进个人的成长和发展。

我的父母在家里相当严格，所以他们不断给我反馈。

我总是以积极的态度对待批评，并且明白因为这是我的第一份工作，可能有时会犯一些基础性的错误。

但是，我打算长期为公司服务，所以公司能给我的建议、反馈和建设性的批评越多越好。这样，我就知道自己在不断学习和改进。
