We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join UCB Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, excellent communication and project execution skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the company’s overall marketing objectives.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product information sheets.

• Coordinate and participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer facing team, medical team, and etc. to support marketing initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.

• Ad hoc Project-base support

Requirements：

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market..
