Customer Delivery Architect
Job summaryA Customer Delivery Architect (CDA) is a Customer's guide through their cloud transformation journey, focused on identifying and delivering technical and business outcomes through a combination of AWS Services & AWS Professional Services. A CDA is usually a senior leader with a dual focus on both business and technology, and bridges those far too often distinct domains, together.
Key job responsibilities
>Being the trusted navigator of the long-term, technical transformation journey of the Customer with AWS. (add specified/identified Customer? Not implying all Customers - big bet, strategic, etc)
>Understanding the Customer's business model in order to align their vision with appropriate AWS services and roadmaps.
>Earning Trust with the Customer's leadership, becoming an extended member of the Customer Enterprise Architecture or Cloud Transformation/Cloud COE team.
>Collaborating with the Customer Practice Manager to ensure that ProServe project SOWs are aligned with the Customer's vision, positioned for success (achievable), and will achieve Customer's desired outcomes.
>Working with delivery team to maintain a project's health/timeline, and when a project becomes unhealthy, to bring the project back to a healthy state.
>Guiding the Customer to big picture issues - moving beyond migrations to application or enterprise transformations.
>Help drive Customer organizational change to best position the Customer for success.
>Representing the Customer's perspective with AWS Service teams to drive internal roadmaps/PFRs to meet customer needs.
Basic qualifications
>10年以上应用架构工作经验。
>五年以上现代化应用技术开发经验。
>具备企业架构经验。
>云平台工作经验。

Key job responsibilities
