遇到导入依赖时候遇到

这个错误
最后解决方式：
找到本地的setting.xml文件
D:\IDEA\IntelliJ IDEA 2021.3.3\plugins\maven\lib\maven3\conf
修改文件中的镜像源并添加下面代码 找到<mirrors></mirror>代码块并更换
