1. System Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the Dell products design details and review the customer requests to identify the engineer actions.
• Build the configurations and ensure the function and quality of those unique configurations by following the test plans.
• Develop and optimize the validation tools. Maintain and update the test plans.

Essential Requirements
- Master degree, best in EE or CS major.
- Good communication and collaboration.
- Capable to work under pressure.
- Fluent English communication in oral, read and write.
Desirable Requirements
- Hands-on experience with x86 system hardware.
- Experience in Linux and scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the PowerScale engineering team, you are expected to :
- Be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high quality code.
- Participate in and contribution to design reviews,
- Have the ability to write functional specifications,
- Provide white papers that appropriately describe advanced technology, and initialize and develop test plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge and hands on experiences with Linux system development
- Proficient programming skills in C/C++ or Python; Good at algorithms
- Proficient written and oral English communication skills
- Experience with the following tools and processes: Git, Github, Travis, Agile
- (Plus) Any experience working on file systems, storage systems, or distributed systems
