【岗位职责】
Baidu Research has long been committed to building the worlds top research institute. The research intern of Baidu Research - Business Intelligent Lab would engage in research with expertise in: • Develop and perform cutting-edge research to advance AI state-of-the-art. This includes but not limited to project planning, literature review, and developing proofs-of-concept. • Design world-leading AI algorithms and models to support the real-world applications in Business Intelligence, Computational Biology& Drug Discovery, Smart City, Data Mining, and Machine Learning. • Communicate your research both internally among AI researchers and externally through presentations, publications, and open source contributions. • Engage in team collaborations to meet research goals. • Publish papers in top conferences and journals.

【岗位要求】
Job Requirements • Able to write code. While we appreciate the theoretical understanding, it is important that you are also able to write good code in languages such as C++/Java/Python/CUDA (i.e., not just Matlab). • For internship, must be currently enrolled in a Ph.D. or master program, and/or have developed a strong background (e.g. projects or publish) involving machine learning. Experiences of top-tier academic publications, data mining challenge awards and ICPC awards are a strong plus. Typically, the duration of the internship should be at least 6 months. • Experience with AI for healthcare, computational biology, drug discovery and protein analysis is a strong plus.
