Job Title：
BIOS Evaluation Engineer

Description：
The hired employee will be responsible for performing BIOS evaluation through the development and sustaining phases on enterprise server solutions. The job scope covers BIOS test plan definition, BIOS test case development, BIOS issue debug and root cause, and BIOS issue resolution. This job also requires necessary ODM engagement and necessary customer engagement. Besides, the hired employee is also responsible for investigating next-generation server technologies, designing & implementing solid validation solutions on BIOS with best sense of QA philosophy, and ensuring highest-quality deliverables to the market.

Qualifications：
Candidate should possess a Master or a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Additional qualifications include:

1. Solid understanding of Intel Architecture;
2. Solid understanding of Operating System, Driver, and BIOS fundamentals;
3. Good understanding (and better hands-on development/validation experience) of popular server/PC technologies including PCI/PCI-E, USB, SAS/SATA, i2C/SMBUS, IPMI, BIOS/EFI and DIMM, etc;
4. Proven capability to debug & troubleshoot complex SW issues related to BIOS, OS, as well as HW-SW interaction;
5. Demonstrated capability to work within a team environment facing fast-changing requirements and complicated stakeholders.
